SEATTLE, Wash. — Former Chicago White Sox outfielder AJ Pollock has signed with the Seattle Mariners, according to ESPN Jeff Passan.

According to Passan, the deal has a term of one year and $7 million.

Pollock, a 35-year-old outfielder known for his skill at batting against left-handed pitching, hit .245 with 40 extra base hits and 56 runs batted overall for the White Sox last season.

Pollock joined the South Siders in the 2022 offseason after completing a career year with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2021, where he hit a career high in home runs at 21 and set new career highs in OPS (.892) and slugging percentage in those seasons he played more than 100 games (.536).
