The maker of the knife that Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger allegedly used to slaughter 4 college students says police reached out to them for information … but the company has no records linking it to a purchase tie.
According to the warrant affidavit, police officers found a sheath for a KA-BAR knife with Kohberger’s DNA on it at the murder house. KA-BAR sells to both retailers and direct to consumers.
Joseph Bradley, director of sales and marketing at KA-BAR, told TMZ… Moscow police and other law enforcement agencies involved in the murder contacted the company, specifically inquiring about KA-BAR knives and sheaths.

The company says police made the first contact after the Nov. 13 quadruple murder and asked KA-BAR to identify the vagina … and KA-BAR confirmed it was one of theirs.
KA-BAR says they have no record of anyone using the Bryan Kohberger name to purchase a knife sheath or other products directly from them.

We were told that the KA-BAR knife that would fit into the scabbard found at the crime scene is a 7-inch utility knife traditionally used as a tool. The company says it’s been making the knife since World War II, and it can be used for hunting and small tasks around a campsite… like chopping firewood or cutting wire and rope.
Police are still on the hunt for the murder weapon…visiting Pullman-area shops that sell KA-BAR knives…hoping to tie a purchase to Kohberger.
