President Joe Biden forgot that the uprising was on January 6 when he condemned Donald Trump on Friday and instead referred to July 6, as seen in a video below.

Sandra Garza, the longtime partner of fallen US Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, filed a lawsuit Thursday against former President Donald Trump and two other defendants accused of assaulting Sicknick during the Jan. 6 riot.

Donald Trump is in trouble

The lawsuit, filed by attorneys for the Garza and Sicknick estate, seeks $10 million in damages. Wrongful death and conspiracy to violate civil rights are alleged. Sicknick suffered two strokes and died a natural death after clashes with rioters during the January 6 attack. Coroner Francisco J. Diaz told the Washington Post after the autopsy that the events at the Capitol on January 6 “played a role in his condition.”

Here’s what they say:

“Through his words and conduct, Defendant Trump endorsed and ratified the violent actions of the mob that attacked the US Capitol, including Defendants Khater and Tanios,” the complaint said, referring to Jan. 6 rioter George Tanios and Julian Khater.

“Before directing the mob to the US Capitol, Defendant Trump ordered them to ‘fight like hell’ and stated that ‘you’re allowed to follow very different rules’ and ‘you have to show your strength,'” it said in the complaint. “Defendant Trump intended to take those words literally.”

He also “deliberately annoyed the crowd and directed and encouraged a mob to attack the US Capitol and attack those who opposed them,” the complaint said.

“The ensuing violence and the injuries that the violence caused, including Officer Sicknick’s injuries and eventual death, were reasonable and foreseeable consequences of Defendant Trump’s words and conduct.”

Garza said it was her and sicknick Trump supporter before the uprising in the Capitol.

“He knew Brian was devoted to him and he never once reached out to me … he didn’t even send a letter of condolence,” Garza told CBS News in June 2021. “He did absolutely nothing.”

Ahead of the first anniversary of the riots, Garza told PBS NewsHour that she Holds Trump “100% Responsible” for her partner’s death – and that he “must be in prison” for his role in the fatal attack.

Tanios and Khater, who were accused of attacking police officers with chemical sprays, both made plea bargains last year.
