The roster was announced at CES 2023, which took place yesterday, and the roster features a rich list of returning games, coupled with some new entries on older titles on the PSVR, making for a great launch lineup for the system.

The following is the list of all 24 titles (courtesy of PlayStation game size):

Horizon Call of the Mountain™ Resident Evil Village Gran Turismo 7 Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge – Enhanced Edition Demeo Cities: VR – Enhanced Edition Cosmonious High The Light Brigade Zenith: The Last City Tentacular Hello Neighbor: Search and Rescue The Dark Pictures : Switchback VR No Man’s Sky Moss Moss: Book II Swordsman VR Kayak VR: Mirage Kizuna AI: Touch the Beat! The list includes some well known and brand new games. Sony revealed in their PlayStation Podcast PSVR 2 will not be backwards compatible. PSVR 2 specs and release date

Physically, the PlayStation VR 2 isn’t drastically different from the original. However, it follows a similar color scheme to the PlayStation 5 and comes with new, updated controllers. The controllers are a huge improvement as they now come with haptics and adaptive triggers like the PS5 controller.[tivetriggerslikethePS5controller[tivetriggerslikethePS5controller

Sony claims that the PSVR 2 will offer a next-gen VR experience. The headset aims for 4K resolution and offers 120Hz in supported titles to make it even better.

The PlayStation VR2 is available for pre-order now for $549.99. It launches about a month and a half from now, on February 22nd, 2023. With such a large list of titles available at launch, PSVR 2 is shaping up to be a nice package. Although more can only be said after testing it. You can read more about PSVR 2 here.
