On Friday night, New York Knicks forward Obi Toppin was active but did not play a second straight game. The Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau said Toppin is still being “powered up” after practicing with G-League Westchester in 5-a-side practice on Thursday.
“He’s close,” said Thibodeau of the third-year player, who has not played since December 7.
